Responding to the Surgeon's Needs

JSA's practice management approach ensures that a surgeon's needs are met by an exceptionally-trained surgical assistants, with the proper skill set.

A successful surgical procedure requires a team of people who can anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgeon. This is especially true of surgical assistants, who serve as a second pair of hands for the surgeon. JSA understands the relationship between the surgeon and the surgical assistant, and we bring a consistently high-level of quality to the OR in order to strengthen this relationship.

An Integral Part of the Team

Like any other team activity, surgical teams take time to coalesce. They must work together, and practice their craft as a team, to produce the best outcomes. JSA has designed a program that fosters successful relationships between surgeons and surgical assistants. Our goal is to provide surgical assistants who possess in-depth knowledge of each surgeon they work with.

Our system is centered around three principles:

  • Quality
  • Consistency
  • Efficiency

In the end, we understand that surgeons are truly our clients, and we center our service on making sure surgeons are satisfied with our program.
